Jobdesc :
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish targets, KPI’s Schedules, policies and procedures.
- Report on Management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Developing a budget for Food and Beverage operations, including labor costs, equipment purchases, and supplies required to run the department effectively.
- Analyzing customer data to determine preferences and purchasing patterns so that new product can be discontinued if they are not selling well.
- Conducting trainng sessions on topics such as food preparation, food safety, customer sercive, and inventory management for employees who work in food service or beverage operations.
- Identify customers needs and respon proactively to all of their concerns.
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Maintaining scheduling store leader and crew at stores including roaster schedule every week is well updating.
- Control regular ordering of supply and chain from the logistic team and make sure product needs is fulfilling.
- Handle and Communicate with Store Team about complaint.
- Ensuring all SOP and systems are running well.
Qualification :
- Minimum Diploma 3/ Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years work experience from F&B (it’s a must)
- Have a good leaderships skills and strong comminication
- Highly dedicated and disciplined
- Have eagle eye and sense in the world of Food and Beverage
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a good vision to advance the company
- Have experience and understand the systems used in food and beverage outlets
