We are seeking an experienced OPERATION MANAGER who can oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and train qualified staff members, and maintain high SOP standards. The OPERATION MANAGER will be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- To Manage and Run Operations of the Brand.
- Understand and able to Lead, Supervise, Direct, and Evaluate the performance of team members, as well as setting milestone KPI and Objective.
- Responsible to create & implement marketing strategies within Brand vision, values, guidelines with the objective to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
- Monitor Marketing & Promotional activities.
- Responsible for Evaluating and Tracking Sales, Controlling cost of goods, Labour Costs as well as other Expenses.
- Executing all Operations and Services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.
- Develops training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for Food & Beverage Service team.
- To Manage Production Planning, Forecasting, Purchasing and Stock Control.
- Manage the staffing, training, and overall activities of the banquets, restaurant, and bar staff.
- Welcoming and Engaging with Guests in friendly manner, maintaining regulars and understanding their specific needs and requests, collecting feedback.
- Liaises with stewarding, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
- Conducting regular staff meetings and proposing work improvements.
- Placement: Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Have an excellent understanding of operations, including kitchen, bar, and service.
- Have more than 3 years of experience as Operation Manager in the Hospitality Industry, Hotel, Restaurant & Bar.
- Having Hospitality Management skill (Opening new Outlet, P&L, Costing, Operations and Training).
- Fully understanding of Hospitality Operations, complaint handling, staff development, and customer relations.
- Have Strong Managerial and communication skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable, representative lifestyle
