About the Role If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding Ads and Promo, look no further. Product Marketing is part of the broader Gojek Ads & Promo group who manages end-to-end the ads & promo businesses at Gojek. As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for increasing awareness of our ad & promo tools through action-oriented marketing communications. In this role, you’ll develop both hard skills: marketing and quantitative analysis, as well as soft skills: stakeholder management and communication. The folks in Product Management and Go-to-market Strategy teams will be your companions on this ride. You will contribute to the overall Advertising & Promo Platform (APP)’s business strategy and collectively get us even closer to our Northstar which is to become the go-to (pun intended) platform for digital ads for our merchant-partners.

What You Will Do

• Planning of marketing communication
• Deciding on the communication format/channel
• Design & copywriting
• Work together with channel owners to understand bandwidths
• Tracking performance of marketing efforts
• Create action plan on leads generated
• Troubleshooting & problem solving

What You Will Need

• At least 1 year working experience in marketing-related functions (also open for fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences)
• Experience in advertising platforms (FB/IG Ads, Tokopedia Seller) or E-commerce
• Experience in ads-related revenue streams would be advantage
• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
• Fluency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and presentations (Google Slides)
• Good relationship management with internal stakeholders
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

About the Team The Advertising & Promo Platform (APP) group in Gojek is focussed on providing relevant and targeted content for our users, while giving commercial value for our clients, ranging from small F&B merchants to international brand principals. We achieve this dual mission by leveraging our deep relationship with the users, and in turn, building high-return marketing campaigns with exceptional execution processes for our clients. The Demand Services Platform (DSP) team in the APP group consists of 6 people who have diverse backgrounds in Management Consulting, Big tech and national corporations. Our team will continually support your professional development through mentorship, developing priceless expertise in Business Strategy, Stakeholder Management, People Leadership, and deep Subject Expertise. The DSP team will play a crucial role in the success of the APP group. Currently our team is building a more automated and scalable business operation model through tech-based platforms (native features in our app and/or dedicated web portals), bringing more relevant and delightful content and offers to our users whilst also growing our multi-million value for our clients. This project is recently launched in mid 2021, and you will be part of the founding members to deliver the outcome! You will be presented with key challenges in solution-finding / decision making, stakeholder management, and technical product knowledge.
