About the Internship Program at Bobobox

What will you do?   

• Support the planning and execution of the performance appraisal process.
• Collaborate with PAC and department heads to ensure timely and accurate completion of performance reviews
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.  Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to relevant stakeholders. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to Performance Management.

Apply if you :

• Currently in the last semester or fresh graduate from a psychology/human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Proficient in basic Excel formulas and data analysis. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Curiosity and interest in working with data. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.  Proactive and able to take initiative. Adaptable and eager to learn.
