Organization Development & Performance Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, job evaluation, and talent management.
• Participate in the creation and upkeep of Performance Management systems.
• Coordinate and lead performance review processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques.
• Gather and interpret performance data, aiding in the formulation of informed recommendations.
• Organize and conduct development workshops and training sessions.
• Support coaching and mentoring programs for employees and managers.
• Manage Organization Development and Performance Management projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development, Performance Management, human resources, or a related area.
• Fundamental understanding of organizational development and Performance Management principles.
• Proficient in analytical thinking and data interpretation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with a collaborative work style.
