Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, job evaluation, and talent management.
- Participate in the creation and upkeep of Performance Management systems.
- Coordinate and lead performance review processes.
- Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on performance evaluation techniques.
- Gather and interpret performance data, aiding in the formulation of informed recommendations.
- Organize and conduct development workshops and training sessions.
- Support coaching and mentoring programs for employees and managers.
- Manage Organization Development and Performance Management projects to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development, Performance Management, human resources, or a related area.
- Fundamental understanding of organizational development and Performance Management principles.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and data interpretation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative work style.
