PT. APP Purinusa Ekapersada – Bandung mill is one of the biggest corrugated box manufacturers in West Java Area. We focus on B2B Carton Box and Sheet products that have major share in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMGC), Textile, Carton Packaging Industries etc. 

We are looking for high motivated person to join our team as:

Specialist , MBOS ( Performance Management )

Requirement :

• Minimum S1  Engineering  ( Prefer Industrial Engineering  )
• Fresh Graduate Welcome  ( Had Experiences on Analyzing Data and presentation skill  , would be a plus ) 
• Familiar with ISO 9001 , ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 it's a Strong Plus Point  
• Self reliant and self motivated with proven ability to work as a team leader and give direction 
• Strong time management skill 
• Maintain effective work behavior in the face of pressure, target, and setbacks. 
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 
• Experience and familiar with spreadsheet, Microsoft Office, and application system (SAP or other)
• Always Work Base on Target or Management Direction 
• Willing to be located in Bandung, West Java
