Job Description :
1. Supporting the development and management of brand portfolio, including new product launch, product renovation, and or seasonal extensions
2. Manage day-to-day brand activities including market assessment, competitor movement assessment, supporting the forecasting activities, etc
3. Plan & assess brand building activities to sustain brand performance in market (ATL, BTL, route-to-market, e-commerce performance, etc.)
4. Conduct marketing mix planning & development
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor brand operationalization
6. Conduct administration duties related to brand operationalization
Qualification:
- Ideally, 1 year of marketing experience within brand/marketing in the FMCG industry (preferably haircare/skincare). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Good understanding of FMCG market, competitive landscape, and consumer in Indonesia
3. Possess high interest in brand and marketing management
4. Sales, Brand or Digital Marketing experience would be a real win!
5. Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
6. Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills, both with internal and external stakeholders
7. Positive attitude and a problem solving, solutions-focused approach and commite to grow
8. Flexible and agile with ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner
9. Great analytical skill with good business acumen
