- Manage day-to-day brand activities
- Develop and implement creative brand strategies and marketing plans to increase brand awareness, recognition, and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operation) to ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Manage and oversee the brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual assets, and messaging.
- Develop and execute engaging brand activations and campaigns to connect with target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and track brand performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for brand optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experiences related to brand communication and activation, especially in Beauty Industries
- Strong understanding of brand development principles and strategic marketing concepts.
- Have experience in developing marketing business plan and brand communication
- Have experience in developing digital and social media content and activity
- Proficiency in marketing software ; social media management tools, Ms. Canva, or any design software
- Having knowledge about Beauty Clinic is a plus
