Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the retail FMCG landscape and consumer buying behaviors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for PT.LNK products in the retail channel
- Monitor brand performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities and results.
- Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns and activations to drive sales.
