We are now looking for a position as an TA & Employing Branding Manager areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiting Coordinator
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Knowledge of labor legislation
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong decision-making skill
Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo areas
Responsibilities:
Develop a sourcing strategy and fulfillment of external workforce to meet the Company's workforce needs
Controlling and monitoring the implementation of external manpower fulfillment strategies to ensure that all strategies are executed properly
Implementing and monitoring the end-to-end process of manpower fulfillment in accordance with the guidelines, procedures, and SLA determined by the Company
Evaluate and develop recruitment & selection procedures (end to end process) for new employees so that the work process is carried out effectively & efficiently
Conduct audits on the implementation of recruitment & selection procedures to ensure compliance with Company processes and procedures
Monitor and control the selection and recruitment process to suit the needs and ensure processes and procedures run effectively and efficiently.
Develop, control and monitor the recruitment and selection system through HRIS so that all systems and tools can be used effectively and efficiently in meeting the needs of the Company's workforce
Planning and implementing the Employer Branding program as a form of the Company's sourcing strategy in meeting the needs of the Company's workforce
