Job Description:- Work with Category Team to identify and source new partners and execute exciting partnership opportunities
- Facilitate Category Team in negotiating & assessing partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms for both Tokopedia and Partner that aligns with company objectives
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach for partnership management (scouting, sourcing/pitching, maintaining)
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Develop & deepen relationships with partners, always striving to deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization
- Lead a team of brand specialists in developing brand partnerships
- Lead a team in developing a campaign marketing plan for partners to be deployed through the relevant channel (ONLINE & OFFLINE/360)
- Analyze campaign & partnership performance through ROI & other metrics, continuously provide data-driven insights and feedback to improve performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field plus 4 years of job-related experience in strategic marketing, brand development
- Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Advanced knowledge of strategic planning and execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficient skill with a personal computer and job-related software packages
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Ability to facilitate meetings and motivate teams
