Building Maintenance & Improvement Coordinator function to Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, civil) in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issue
Developing preventive/predicative maintenance programs.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in mechanical, electrical, & civil.
- Minimum
2 years of experience as Building Management in office building, shopping center/retail industry.
Understanding about working drawing and MEP.
Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
