One of our subsidiary in Healthcare Industry is currently hiring for Business Analyst with details as follow:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop BRD, process flow, and other supporting docs as required, for projects and operations.
- Identify problems and opportunities in business processes and offer technology-based solutions that can increase efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and Agile retrospectives to ensure projects are on schedule and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure a proper understanding of business needs and ensure that the resulting solution meets expectations and requirements.
- Develop business case and scenario case for UAT / SIT.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer and QC.
- Good documentation and MS Office skills. Able to create BRD, flow process, and other project-supporting docs.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of how to collect, organize, and evaluate market research. Experience with accurately collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills. English is a is an advantage.
- Experience with CIS / Healthcare environment process is an advantage.
