We're hiring on behalf of our client, a SME Funding Company.
Job Title: Business Development Executive (SME Funding)
Broad profiles:
- Candidates in FMCG, Logistic, Pharmacy sector, with role as Senior Supervisor, Area Sales Manager in sales
- Experience of minimum 3 years
- If the candidate background is P2P lending company or banking or any financial service, then must have experience in productive / SME loan segment (non-retail) and not consumer segment and minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales.
Others:
- Basic understanding of Bank statements, Balance sheet and financials.
- Strong understanding of SME market in the region
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having ongoing relationships / network with SMEs within the assigned region is highly preferred
Scope:
- Sourcing new customers in SME/Productive segment as per target segment and KPIs
- Collect relevant documents and prepare basic write up about customer and business and limits
- Communicate with borrowers about their loan facility, market conditions and economic trends
- Always adhere to the risk acceptance criteria and good conduct
