Job Description :
- Create and manage BOD meeting schedules both Daily, Weekly and Monthly meetings
- Prepare meeting equipment such as Comp, Projector
- Make MoM every meeting and distribute by email in addition to follow-up to each division according to the agreed target.
- Make letters / memos / others according to the information submitted by BOD
- Checking and ordering flight tickets and or hotels according to BOD information/ arrange Business Travel
- Coordinate with certain parties for certain jobs.
- Become a liaison between BOD and staff and clients or guests
- Checking and making payments on bills or BOD receipts for both business trips and others.
- Make a Work Memo if there is any expense
- Remind BOD for every important meeting and events
- Assist other Managers/Departments necessary
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Prefer domiciled in Cikarang
- Smart, fluent spoken and written English
- Have 2 years of secretarial experience is preferred but Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Must have active listening and good communication skills
- Ability to Multitask and detail oriented
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Resourceful person, always making sure things are being done
- Discrete, Diligent, and trustworthy
