Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Controller, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing Business Processes and controls. Your responsibilities will include effecting changes in operational frameworks, implementing standards throughout the organization, identifying process inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and conducting data analysis to pinpoint trends and risks. You will challenge the status quo to continually enhance processes across departments, establishing a robust foundation and implementing a standardized way of working to uphold performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
- A passion for problem-solving, planning, training, and development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
- Decent knowledge of the Freight Forwarding business.
- Proven experience in ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures, and implementing quality control measures.
- Ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliver objectives.
- Possession of any Business Improvements certification.
- Knowledge of Cargowise One system is a plus.
