Position Title : Social Investment & Programs Officer
Work Location : Gresik, East Java
Employment Type : 1-year contract based with possibility extension
Purpose of the Position
Under the direct supervision of the Social Investment Superintendent, supports the tactical requirements associated with the implementation of the Manyar Smelter Social Responsibility Social Investments and programs
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Social Investment Monitoring & Impact Reporting

• Coordinate with Stakeholder Engagement Team to monitor and engage with organizations eligible for Social Investments.
• Support the tactical implementation of the Social Investment review process.
• Implement Social Investment monitoring and measuring protocols for Social Investments.
• Coordinate with recipients of Social Investments to conduct on required social impact reporting.
• Support the intake and follow-up of local donation requests.
  

• Develop and implement company employee community engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement company-sponsored initiatives that drive action around key risk and opportunity areas.
  

• Manages documentation and reporting related to Social Investment, including but not limited to:
• Documenting correspondence with stakeholders, internal decision-makers, and business partners.
• Reporting on Social Investment impacts
• Identifying and reporting on trends and issues
  

• Previous experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Previous exposure to finance/accounting and project management preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills (negotiating, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing).
• Mastery of computer skills sufficient to maintain a database of engagement with stakeholders and prepare reports and presentations of results.
• Ability to work on issues that may lead to conflict or be emotionally charged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (proficient fluency) and English (at least intermediate fluency).
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
