👑 Job Role

As a Business Relationship Executive specialising in Cross-Border Business, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners involved in international trade. Your primary objective will be to facilitate and grow cross-border business opportunities, ensuring smooth transactions and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients interested in cross-border business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of cross-border transactions, including logistics, compliance, and customer support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to international trade.
• Analyse market data and identify areas for growth and expansion in cross-border business.
• Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the internal team.
• Resolve issues that may arise in international dealings and negotiations.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Business & Management.
• Knowledge of e-commerce business, customer service, and value proposition.
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in Business Development, Sales Support, or Key Account Management.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin is required; other languages such as Japanese or Korean will be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and reporting.
• Demonstrates drive, passion, and agility in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills as you will interact with clients and management.
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang.
