Tenant Relation

Nabel Sakha Group is a B2B Oil and lubricant distributor, as well as a distributor of pneumatic and hydraulic components that are mostly used in the manufacturing industry, and a distributor for vacuum automation and handling systems.

We are looking for talented candidates with the following qualifications:

Job Description :

• Develop a marketing program for renting out space in office buildings.
• Responsible for seeking potential building tenants.
• Prepare and present offer proposals to potential tenants.
• Prepare administration and legalities for the fitting-out process up to the opening.
• Accommodate and coordinate with related departments regarding complaints received from tenants.
• Collaborate with the Building Management team to regularly check tenant facilities and cleanliness, and ensure everything complies with standards.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all tenants.
• Prepare administrative reports and weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements :

• At least have a diploma or bachelor's degree from any major.
• Experienced for 3 years or more in Tenant Relations or leasing office buildings.
• Able to operate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understand the legality of office rental.
• Have excellent communication and relationship skills with corporations.
• Being able to communicate in English is a plus.
• Able to drive a car and have a SIM A.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office Nabel Sakha Group (Gading Serpong, Tangerang).
