Lead team to conceptualise, prioritise, and execute marketing campaigns for several categories (including Electronics, Lifestyle, Fashion, and FMCG) end-to-end
Drive problem-solving and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of Category Campaigns, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimise and innovate to achieve commercial objectives
Engage with stakeholders across other Marketing and Commercial functions (eg category management, partnerships, offline marketing, social media) to drive Category Campaigns-related agenda and initiatives
Research on trends across e-commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields
At least 5 years experience in a high performing organisation, with experience in marketing or category management roles
Background in e-Commerce or dynamic tech start-ups is a plus
Analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights
Excellent communication and project management skills result-oriented and self-motivated, with a bias for hands-on execution
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a high degree of comfort with numbers
