- Plan, project-manage, and execute Marketing Campaign Projects end-to-end
- Collaborate with and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders to support campaigns-related projects and new initiatives
- Conduct data analysis of Marketing Campaigns to evaluate performance, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimise and innovate on campaigns to achieve commercial objectives
- Design and improve internal Marketing Campaigns processes
- Research on trends across e-Commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Independent and self-motivated, with a bias for hands-on execution high openness to ambiguity
- Analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a high degree of comfort with numbers
- Prior experience in marketing, e-Commerce, or project management roles is a plus
