Job Description:
- Identify areas of growth, develop and execute initiatives to drive business and commercial impact.
- Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance and offer recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative engagement and sales mechanics to enhance campaign performance
- Drive problem solving and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on key business issues
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting to facilitate management decision making
- Keep abreast of trends on other ecommerce platforms and broader industry developments
- Act as a point-of-contact to interface with cross-functional departments
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in a high performing organisation
- Background in e-commerce, marketing or fast-paced tech start-ups is a plus
- Excellent command of English. Good communication and writing skills
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage expectations. Experience with change management is a plus
- Analytical and structured thinker, with outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks
- Flexible to taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects
- Result oriented with bias for hands-on execution
- Advanced Excel skills and high degree of comfort with numbers knowledge in SQL is a plus
