Job Description:
- Lead Campaign Projects team to identify, prioritise, and execute on Marketing Campaign initiatives end-to-end
- Drive problem-solving and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of Marketing Campaigns, and offer ongoing recommendations to optimise and innovate on campaigns to achieve commercial objectives
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting to facilitate management decision-making
- Engage with team leads across commercial functions to drive campaigns-related agenda and initiatives
- Research on trends across e-Commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments to brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in a high performing organisation, with experience in marketing or commercial roles
- Background in e-Commerce, consulting, or dynamic tech start-ups is a plus
- Analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills result-oriented and self-motivated, with a bias for hands-on execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a high degree of comfort with numbers
