- Responsible for the food production process in the kitchen
- Supervise food processing in the kitchen
- Prepare a food menu
- Check the quality and presentation of food according to standards
- Make an order for goods needed in the next 2 days - Supervise Production Staff
- Collect personal hygiene from Cook & Cook Helper
- Ensure that every Kitchen Staff carries out the production process with food hygiene
- Supervise the implementation of work procedures, work safety and work completeness rules - Responsible for storing food ingredients according to hygiene & HACCP standards
- Responsible for maintaining the kitchen area and cooking equipment/equipment
Qualification :
- Minimum education: SMK/Diploma/S1 majoring in Cullinary Art/Hospitality
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a CDP (Chef de Partie)
- Specializes in western, Indonesian and Japanese cuisine
- Preference is given to those who already have experience in the catering field
- Have an understanding of Food Safety, Food Preparation and Health & Safety Management
- Have good leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making
- Placement: South Jakarta
