About the challenge

Are you passionate about program management and adept at handling complex, company-wide initiatives? Do you have a proven track record of making strategy and turning the strategic visions into actionable programs, especially when it comes to cross-departmental collaboration and company-level programs? If you're known for your strategic thinking, program management skills and also your ability to keep projects on track, you could be the ideal candidate for us!

Your role will involve meticulously overseeing project timelines, identifying potential risks, addressing issues, and spearheading problem-solving initiatives and executing it to ensure the timely and comprehensive completion of projects.

As a crucial link in our organization, you'll be responsible for tracking and reporting the company's deliverables, providing employees with easy access to progress updates. Your adept skills will be utilized to consolidate and monitor the company's timeline and goal progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

You'll be a key player in driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will support the CEO by identifying areas of improvement in various facets of the company, offering valuable insights, and supporting in framing or solving problems when needed. You will manage special projects that go beyond the routine, encompassing strategic initiatives, process improvements, and one-time events. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will shine as you navigate through a wide range of tasks.

• Holds an educational degree in a relevant domain, preferably engineering, providing a solid foundation for overseeing technical projects.
• Brings a minimum of 4 years of practical experience, demonstrating exposure to PMO, showcasing the ability to lead complex initiatives.
• Having experience in leading team
• Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and adept at stakeholder management, facilitating smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
• Demonstrates a track record of either building teams and systems from the ground up or contributing to the growth of early-stage companies into larger, successful organizations, emphasizing adaptability and innovation.
• Excels in operational management, overseeing multiple projects, and maintaining clear communication. The ability to lead technical discussions, facilitate meetings, and provide continuous tracking and reporting is essential, in addition to strengths in project and product management and problem-solving.
• Plus point if you have experience in manufacturing-related projects or companies, offering insights into industry-specific challenges.

• Manage cross-departmental projects by ensuring timeliness and completeness of the projects by raising potential risks, calling out issues, and initiating problem-solvings.
• Track and report the company's deliverables accessible by the employees. Consolidate and monitor company timeline and goal progresses.
• Identify and raise area of improvements in different aspects of the company to the CEO by supporting CEO to frame or solve the problems if requested.
• Responsible to execute and manage special projects that include the wide range of initiatives or tasks that are outside the scope of regular, ongoing activities. This includes strategic initiatives, process improvements, or one-time events.
• Streamline work between departments by designing and implementing cross-departmental processes.
• Supervising and manage team members to ensure optimal performance
