Job Description
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the business objectives and Digital Banking industry trends.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
- Risk Management: Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses, presenting findings to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other executives and departments to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the banking or financial technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Digital Banking operations, financial technology, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated success in financial strategy development, budgeting, and forecasting.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
