Channel Sales Director

This dynamic role leads our client's channel program, recruiting and managing partners to drive sales growth and brand awareness. You'll develop strategies, build relationships, and execute marketing initiatives to achieve channel success.

Our client is a Data Center company with several locations in Indonesia. Solid reputation for its cutting-edge technology and brand. Currently seeking a Channel Director to join their commercial team to contribute with the development and growth of the company's Partner Ecosystem.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner program to maximize sales and market penetration of our data center solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Establish and manage channel partner incentives, programs, and rewards to motivate and drive performance.
• Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with channel partners to generate leads and drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with channel partners to ensure profitability.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting the channel strategy accordingly.
• Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate channel partners on our data center solutions.
• Travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
• Proven network with channel/partners such as system integrators
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partner programs.
• Strong understanding of the data center industry and its ecosystem.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and data analysis tools.
