Job Description
Lead/supervise development of insights-driven channel & category strategies,Support Commercial Director in Joint Business Planning, by providing compelling data & insights and supporting in aligning company goals with customer needsLead and monitor Customer/Distributor/Channel contribution (by category) & identify priority area, customers and development opportunitiesSupport Sales Managers/Executives in strategically managing sales team by orienting team towards top priority customers/distributors/channelsProvide & coordinate with Demand Planner for Sales forecasts, distribution & supplyBe a strategic partner to build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Channel trade budget managementEmbed corporate culture, values, Win-Win mindset and behaviors to the team. The Successful Applicant Bachelor degree from any major, preferably business administration / managementMinimum 5 years experience in Channel Development / Activation, preferably pharma industryStrategic thinking and sharp acumen to identify strategic channel development planMarket analysis, monitoring & evaluation skill is a mustExperience in matrix reporting with headquarter is preferredGood team player - with ability to lead cross-functional collaborationsFluency in English and Bahasa is a must What's on Offer Opportunity to lead expansion in this pharmaceutical companyChance to international-level exposureCompetitive remuneration
