Job Description
Work with internal and external stakeholders, including when necessary, business partners in managing and optimizing our portfolio of Travel Activities ecosystem
Strategizing the commercial structure & agreements with Market Managers
Work with the Product team to leverage technology for the benefit of improving our supply fundamentals
Responsible in managing high level stakeholders, e.g partners decision makers
Establish and deepening our position in the Travel Activities industry ecosystem and liaise with the relevant stakeholders in capturing business opportunities and addressing business challenges
Improving and ensuring internal processes & frameworks are established and effective.
Managing, growing, and ensuring CSG team members perform well.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or Business related majors, from reputable local or overseas universities
7 years or more experience working in a top tier technology, business consulting management, multinational technology, investment banking companies or any related technology roles with experience in organizational leadership or management roles
Passion for growth: leading and developing team members coaching & mentoring them towards improving their professional skill sets ability to lead and influence direct reports
Excellent analytical and numerical skills coupled with problem-solving and strong intuitions of user behaviors
Ability to manage a large, diverse set of deliverables. Vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, monitor progress, influence and navigate cross functional teams and hold owners accountable
Ability to manage, grow, and leading team.
