Location Jakarta Work Type Permanent Application Posted March 24, 2022 About the Role - As part of Money Management POD focusing on Investment, you will play an important role in setting the Strategy & Growth plan of Investment both from the angle of user spend (ie. adoption of GoPay as payment method in 3rd party investment platforms) as well as to build the strategy for investment features in Gojek App. You’ll take the wheel in creating the most impactful investment business solutions for our users and strategic partners, and steer the strategy and delivery of growth targets for the team. Throughout this exciting experience, you’ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from product, marketing, research, and operation team among others to meet the fast-paced nature of the financial technology industry.

What You Will Do

• Craft and develop narrative for investment business Strategy & Growth plan.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business objectives and its competitive advantages by actively monitoring the competitive landscape and providing business plans for the business initiatives.
• Analyze and determine key insights for Money Management POD focusing on investment by crossing research results with key business drivers, competitive environment, trends, and operating metrics.
• Contribute to complex and time-critical projects for senior leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
• Execute quantitative analyses and modeling that translates data into actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly & quarterly analysis of key financial and operational metrics to provide recommendations for team’s and leaderships decision making.
• Manage parts of larger Money Management POD initiatives both on an on-going basis and on an ad-hoc basis while collaborating with greater group stakeholders.

What You Will Need

• A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree
• Should have at least 5 year working experience, experience working with fintech / financial service companies is a plus
• Having an in-depth knowledge of investment businesses/products and value proposition is a plus
• Strong project management skill to manage complex projects; also can manage and prioritise multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and data analytics ability
• Proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet with expertise in financial modelling
• Good knowledge of SQL is a plus
