- Identifies and wins client engagements for the organization
- Understands and translates client requirements into a product/service/contract that is tailored to client needs
- Maintains rapport with client and ensures that client expectations are met. This also includes resolution of concerns and issues to retain the client
- Coordinates with relevant units/positions such as project management, business development, sales & marketing, information technology to ensure retention
- Performs spot audits on client accounts on a periodic basis. This is in coordination with project management
- Oversees the personal development plans of all team members and ensures compliance with BSP core values (Excellence, Integrity, Malasakit)
