- Handling Company's Taxation Compliance, Taxation Report and Accounting
- Create tax report (SPT) of VAT and e-invoice, and e-Filling.
- Make a tax report (SPT) Pph 21, 22, 23, 25 and 4 verse 2 in e-SPT
- Able to perform tax verification and analysis of the amount of tax reported and system input to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of data
- Verify and prepare data required by the tax authorities in tax compliance inspection.
- Reconciliations, bank account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions
- Fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
- Cash management (including payment/movement of funds in various trusts such as bank loan).
- Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
- Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
- Produces financial accounting and tax reports for monthly meetings.
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Produces quarterly and annual financial statements reports.
- Manages tax administrative and responsible for the smooth flow of tax returns.
- Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Job Qualifications :
- Having Tax Brevet Certification is a must
- Expert in handling Taxation Dispute, have Tax Court License
- Have experience for participate in Taxation Courts
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Applicant must have at least 5 year (s) of working experience as Accounting and Tax Junior Manager in property management
- Have strong knowledge and up-to-date with Indonesian Tax Regulations
