TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB :
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh aktifitas kitchen
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap staff kitchen
- Bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan (stok) bahan baku, termasuk bersedia untuk belanja ke pasar
- Melakukan briefing harian
- Mampu memberikan training dan koordinasi dengan Cook / Staff kitchen lainnya
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap hasil dan konsistensi kualitas makanan
- Melakukan pengawasan dan meminimalkan bahan baku yang waste
- Melakukan supervisi terhadap aktifitas kitchen secara berkala
KUALIFIKASI :
- Minimal SMA / SMK sederajat
- Pengalaman min 2 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Menguasai menu restaurant
- Memahami dalam mengontrol dan mengecek stok barang dan bahan baku (inventory)
- Mampu membuat dan mengembangkan menu baru
- Menguasai cara pembuatan resep serta menghitung COGS makanan
- Bersedia bekerja di akhir pekan dan/atau hari libur
Chef De Partie (CDP)
Jobdesk :
- Responsible for all kitchen activities
- Responsible for the kitchen staff
- Responsible for the availability (stock) of raw materials, including being willing to shop at the market
- Conduct daily briefings
- Able to provide training and coordination with Cook / other kitchen staff
- Controlling the results and consistency of food quality
- Supervise and minimize waste of raw materials
- Supervise kitchen activities on a regular basis
QUALIFICATION :
- Minimum SMA / SMK equivalent
- Experience min 2 years in the same position
- Mastering the restaurant menu
- Understanding in controlling and checking the stock of goods and raw materials (inventory)
- Able to create and develop new menus
- Mastering how to make recipes and calculate food COGS
- Willing to work on weekends and/or holidays

Kualifikasi :
1. Gelar Sarjana dari universitas terkemuka (Akuntansi/Manajemen)
2. Fresh Graduate/Pengalaman min. 1 - 2 tahun di posisi sampe dipersilakan.
3. Skill yang Dibutuhkan : SAP, Microsoft Office (Terutama Word & Excell)
4. Mampu berbicara dan menulis dalam bahasa Inggris (min. Pasif)
5. Mampu melakukan administrasi harian, pencatatan dan pelaporan Piutang Usaha

1. Generate age analysis (AR Aging)
2. Review AR aging to ensure compliance
3. Maintain customer accounts receivable files and records
4. Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash and others
5. Process credit card payments
6. Setting up a bank deposit
7. Analyze and resolve customer requests
8. Customize the payment process
9. Develop a recovery system and conduct collection efforts
10. Communicating with customers via telephone, email, letter or in person
11. Help Closing Accounting at the end of the month
12. Collect data and prepare monthly matrix
Qualification :
1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university (Accounting/Management)
2. Fresh Graduate/Experience min. 1 - 2 years in sampe position are welcome.
3. Required Skills : SAP, Microsoft Office (Especially Word & Excell)
4. Able to speak and write in English (min. Passive)
5. Capable to perform daily administration, recording and reporting of Accounts Receivable
