- Minimum 3 years in similar position.
- Possess good leadership and disciplinary skills, displays natural authority.
- Appreciates contact with the guests.
- Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with administrative duties including scheduling, ordering, reports.
- Knowledgeable in fine-dining operations.
- Knowledgeable in both Indonesian and Western cuisines.
- International experience is a plus.
- Fluent English is required.
