ANV Hospitality Group is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team!
Responsibilities:
· Preparing specific food items and meal components atyour station.
· Following directions provided by the Head Chef.
· Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team toensure high-quality food and service.
· Keeping your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
· Stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station.
· Improving the food preparation methods based onfeedback.
· Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
· Takes care of daily food preparation and duties tomeet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
· Able to estimate the daily production needs andchecking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standardsare met.
· Ensure that the production, preparation andpresentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
· Knowledge of all standard procedures and policiespertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes,methods of production and presentation standards
- 2-3 years relevant experiences
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen sections
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
- Passion for delivering great food and service.
- Multitasking and organizational ability.
- Able to speak English
