Responsibilities:
• Execute culinary tasks in a specific kitchen section.
• Contribute to menu development and innovative dish creation.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members for smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following hygiene standards.
• Monitor and control inventory levels for your section.
Qualifications:
• Culinary degree or relevant certification.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Proficient in culinary techniques and various cuisines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
