Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Hospitality, Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similiar position.
- Have experience of Western, Indonesian, Asian (Chinese) food.
- Have good communication, problem solving and leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for opening and closing kitchen operation.
- Make products and maintain the consistency of the food served.
- Create schedules and provide training / direction to kitchen members.
- Checking raw material quality acceptance standards and maintain the correctness of the Standard Recipe.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Personal Hygiene.
- Maintenance of assets in the Kitchen section including raw materials and equipment.
