About The Role:
Managing a specific section and ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes are of the highest quality. Working closely with the kitchen team to uphold our culinary standards and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Core Work Activities:Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organization of your designated section.
Monitor food quality and taste, making adjustments as needed.
Help with the development of new menu items and contribute to menu planning.
Proven experience in CDP or a related role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and trends.
