About The Role:

Managing a specific section and ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes are of the highest quality. Working closely with the kitchen team to uphold our culinary standards and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Core Work Activities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.

• Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and organization of your designated section.

• Monitor food quality and taste, making adjustments as needed.

• Help with the development of new menu items and contribute to menu planning.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in CDP or a related role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and trends.
