Responsibilities:
- Organizing and supporting the process of administrative activities, work files and other documents.
- Maintaining computer-based information.
- Preparation of correspondence, compilation and delivery of client documents
- Perform other job related duties as assigned by management.
- Monitoring deadline and work deliverable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
- Minimum of 2 years of business administration experience in international company.
- Sound client service skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Australian experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, data entry, internet, email and standard office equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, multi-task and prioritise work effectively
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Client-focused with a flexible approach.
- Strong Commitment and team player.
- Organised with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and improvement-oriented approach.
