Our client is a multinational commodity trader. Currently, they are looking for an Origination / Buyer who will be responsible to source for coffee beans all across Indonesia.

Description

• Source for new partners to buy coffee beans.
• Work with corp surveyor to develop and maintain vendors across Indonesia
• Help support development and delivery of sales bids, proposals and presentations and help conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop new and innovative solutions to ensure smooth partnership.
• Help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
• Prospect, market and industry research that leads to profitable growth opportunities, collaboration and trading terms.

Profile

• Diploma/certificate or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with good track record
• Strong interest in agriculture
• Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
• Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
