As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the company's commercial operations and financial decision-making processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, operations, and senior management, to provide insightful analysis and strategic guidance.

Description
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate the performance of key commercial initiatives, products, and markets.
Develop financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, and identify areas for improvement. Analyse pricing strategies, product margins, and cost structures to optimise profitability.
Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and sales targets.
- Provide financial guidance and support for new product launches, expansions into new markets, and other strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to track performance against targets and highlight key trends and insights.
Provide variance analysis and explanations for budget variances, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Assist in the annual budgeting process, including revenue forecasting, expense planning, and capital allocation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve the efficiency of financial reporting and analysis.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA qualification preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a Commercial Finance or business partnering role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
