Requirements

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Commercial finance and RGM manager who will have the overall responsibility for the commercial financial planning and controlling.

This role provides informative and value adding analysis and recommendations to the CFO and the Managing Director. As a key member of the finance function, to drive commercial financial forecasting and controlling.

What you will do :

  • key business partner to the sales and marketing functions .
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on setting the commercial strategy in line with the company strategic plan and monitor the sales performance to drive performance excellence.
  • Provide full support to the marketing function in evaluating the pricing strategies and assess the impact on the financials and the market share.
  • Coordinate with the Financial Control to ensure completeness of all D&A and distributors’ costs accruals.
  • Partner with the sales teams in planning smart tactics to support delivering the monthly revenue & trade spend targets and enhance the channels’ profitability.
  • Monitoring the Performance of sales channels / Distributor from all commercial perspectives (Trade spend- S&D CTS %) and compare it with AOP / forecast.
  • Participating in MPR reporting package with Channels performance periodically.
  • Develop RTM solutions for sales teams to ensure the Projected utilization for RTM assets.
  • Co-develop all the financial business study on any sales / logistics projects (Strategic Adhoc’s)
  • Optimize RTM CTS% through business cases financial evaluation.
  • Develop the period close pack for commercial aspects of the company for all relevant stakeholders :

P&L by channel and channel profitability Sales Building blocks follow through CTS by channel (TT, FS, MT Dist. Channel vs.

direct sales) CTS by Distributors

  • Calculating sales team commission based on the set targets and factoring in supply drops impact and overall mix profitability
  • Ownership on delivering the NSV & CMA by monitoring the sales performance, setting the quarterly & monthly sales-in and sales-out targets, liaise with the plant finance manager on the RPM, Manufacturing, and logistics costs, and populate the CMA by SKU.
  • Promo pre and post evaluation to decide the on-going promos or delist the low profitable promos.
  • Provide full support to all the functions (Marketing, Sales, R&D) in capturing and evaluating the productivity initiatives, track and report the actual achievement vs.

the Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) / Value Engineer (VE) targets :

Track the pricing and trade margin by price point by channel and benchmark with competition. Evaluate the distributors’ contracts and incentives and ensure they are in line with the targets.

Assess the planned promotions and trade spending ROI by conducting the pre & post assessment of the D&A spending by channel and provide the analysis and recommendation based on the volume and revenue performance.

Analyse the direct materials inflation and FOREX impacts, track and analyze all types of costing variances (Purchase Price Variance, material usage, volume & mix), understand the root cause of the deviation vs.

plan / forecast / PY and coordinate with the R&D, plants & procurement the changes / actions needed to update the Bill Of Material’s and standard costing Conduct the profitability analysis by SKU / Channel and provide the root cause of the deviation vs. plan and PY.

Drive the Revenue Growth management activities through :

Co-own strategic plan exercises to define category level JTBD , by Leading category level RGM projects to drive long-term growth pricing, promotion, and assortment strategy Own pricing strategy and execution RSP to CNF, by Influence the price increase decisions and direct the commercial team to the pros and cons of the scenarios.

Build and assess the commercial promo plans and trade drives and approve the exceptions based on the policy approval matrix.

Own value chain maintenance and understanding Own NPD pricing / promo strategy and value chains, marketing initiatives and campaigns and run post evaluation to capture learning.

  • Ensure timely, complete and accurate reporting and financial forecast.
  • Ensure compliance of accounting, internal control rules and manage internal audits.
  • Showing strong ownership of the results and clear understanding of the drivers and focus needed.

What you bring :

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Work Experience : 10-15 years in Accounting and Finance in FMCGs
