Requirement:
- Maximum age 30 years, Excellent appearance
- Physically and spiritually healthy, communicative, honest, conscientious and responsible
- Willing to follow shift work schedules, enter work on national holidays and weekends
- Minimum 1 year working experience as Commis Pastry/Hot Kitchen in restaurant/hotel/cruise ship
- Minimum graduates of SMA, SMK, Diploma majoring in Food Production Management, Hospitality/Hotel Management
- Have discipline at work, spirit of loyalty at work
- Work as a team, Service Oriented, Confident
- Able to speak English
Responsibility:
- Maintain and clean Kitchen Utensils, Equipment, and work areas in the kitchen
- Help prepare groceries (Basic Mise en Place)
- Helps tidy up groceries into the chiller/freezer
- Able to work focused on hectic situations during rush hour
- Able to adapt quickly to the work environment
- Able to handle ala carte menu in pasta section
- Together with other teams, Make monthly daily inventory and stock-taking reports
- Responsible for food production
- Able to operate kitchen utensils and equipments
- Good appearance, communicative, honest, disciplined.
- Willing to work overtime if needed and work on big days (red dates)
- Good behavior is prioritized
