It shall ensure the primary objective of:

• Planning, organizing, leading, controlling, evaluating and implementing the organization’s total rewards programs to continually attract key talent, and retain high performers.
• Providing the existing and new employees the appropriate salary and compensation package for their respective position.
• Providing the right benefits every employee should receive.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Total Rewards programs (i.e., Compensation and Benefits Analysis).
• Excellent working knowledge of Total Rewards programs.
• Adept in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
