Uraian Tugas
- Responsible for employee attendance data collection.
- Manage HRIS in terms of shifting, time off, employee data, attendance data and other functions, especially those related to payroll.
- Prepare, calculate and make employee salary reports along with PPh 21.
- Responsible for the registration and termination of employee insurance membership, as well as employee insurance claims.
- Involved in the development and preparation of employee compensation and benefit schemes.
- Develop and evaluate procedures related to payroll processes and compensation and benefit schemes.
- Carry out the administrative process of filing and payment of compensation and benefits.
- Involved in improving the system of compensation and benefits.
- Involve in the process of paying non- staff wages when necessary.
- Involved in the scope of the HC Operation work process in accordance with direct superiors if needed.
- Doing administration task regarding Human Capital needs such as contract, addendum, mutation info, etc.
Meminta
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or any any related field.
- Have experience from the same field at least 1 year.
- Have an understanding using Talenta is a plus.
- Strong analytical and keen to details.
- Good communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Domiciled in Bekasi or willing to be placed in Bekasi with hybrid work cycle.
