Job Description:
- In charge of all Ocha communication to parties outside Ocha team (both internal & external).
- Plan and create content for Ocha social media in all platforms (5-7 contents per week) to generate reach for Ocha brand and increase sales conversion.
- Plan out Ocha content and communication objective for each month.
- Create & design content including artwork, videos, texts.
- Execute the content in designated mediums (PN, FB, LINE, etc.)
- Evaluate and analyze own's content performance
- Identify areas of improvement in the buyer funnel and come up with initiatives to close the gap
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing or Content creation (Brief artwork, create content to post on social media platforms)
- Detail-oriented
- Have a sense of ownership, Fast learner and willing to learn new things
- Able to adapt to any situation
- Familiar with the fast pace business environment
- Good team player
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Have experience in POS industry is a plus
