- Communicate with teachers and related units to ensure the availability and readiness of teaching and learning activity
- Ensure effective teaching and learning activity especially in virtual environment; contributing to productive and relevant procedures and practices in collaboration with the academic team and operational team
- Give pastoral care obligation to students
- Initiate improvement program / strategies for better teaching and learning process
- Involve in the development of curriculum and assessment policies
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries from student’s parents or guardians regarding the instructional program and student progress
- Enhance effective communication with parents to discuss student’s progress and interpret the RISE program
- Manage student behaviour in the classroom and administer discipline according to board policies, administrative regulations
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with students their parents
- Coordinate with the operational team to maintain RISE Learning Management System
- Contribute and support any planning, implementation, and evaluation to raise standards of RISE
- Coordinate with teachers in matters of students discipline to promote good behaviour in the center.
- Monitor in day-to-day management of the center, including planning and overseeing the daily scheduling of classes and extracurricular activities
- Responsible of the roaster of absent teachers and monitoring of substitution
- Assist the principal in the enrolment process (trial, placement test, and class observation)
- Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Job Requirement
Education :
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Work Exposure / Experience :
- Minimum 2 years working experience in senior staff, or
- Minimum 4 years working experience
