Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into the company's financial performance. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes.
Investor Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
Coordinate with senior management to communicate the company's financial strategy, performance, and future outlook to investors and analysts.
Financial Modeling:
Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze various financial scenarios and support forecasting and budgeting processes. Utilize financial modeling to assess the impact of potential business initiatives and investment opportunities.
Securitas Analysis:
Leverage insights gained from previous experience as an analyst in Securitas to enhance the understanding of the security services industry and apply relevant knowledge to the current role.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Strategic Planning:
Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic financial plans.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on industry trends and market analysis.
Forecasting and Budgeting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, with a proven track record as an analyst in Securitas or Corporate Finance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, financial reporting standards, and Investor Relations best practices.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies.
