What Will You Do:

Legal Advice:

• Provide legal advice to management and other departments.
• Analyze legal risks associated with the company's business decisions.

Drafting Contracts and Legal Documents:

• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts.
• Ensure that all legal documents comply with applicable legal requirements.

Legal Compliance:

• Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
• Develop internal policies to ensure compliance.

Dispute Handling:

• Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external legal teams where necessary.
• Assist in the resolution of alternative disputes.

Licensing and Regulation:

• Ensure the company complies with all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting a permit application.

Internal Investigation:

• Conduct internal investigations into legal or compliance matters.
• Develop and implement corrective actions if necessary.

Requirement:

• Education Min. Bachelor of Law or equivalent.
• Work experience in legal role in company min 5 Years.
• Having experience in Litigation is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and laws relevant to the industry or sector of the company.
• Good analytical skills and ability in formulating legal strategies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to join ASAP.
