Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on various Corporate Legal matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide guidance.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Proven experience in Corporate Legal roles.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal documentation.
